SHIPPING- Shipping can be especially stressful on some puppies and we require that you get your puppy to a vet within 72 hours after receiving them, so make your vet appointments before the puppy ever gets to you. We do everything on our end that can be done to avoid any problems prior to them leaving, but once in a while a puppy will stress more than others and can be treated very easily by a vet if done in the first 72 hours. Our puppies are shipped by air. There may situations when shipping by air that unexpected delays happen and rescheduling may be necessary; an example is if temperatures do not meet the criteria to safely ship the puppy due to extreme heat/cold prohibiting puppy's flight. In order to avoid this, we ask that you have a second choice of airports for alternate arrivals in case temps are too hot/cold they have the information to re-route. When shipped by air, please be aware that flights can be cancelled by airlines, and ARE rescheduled by our shippers for the next soonest available flight; delays are also a possibility. We all do our best to see your puppy is safely shipped to you on the day scheduled. Your patience and understanding is greatly appreciated. PLEASE NOTE: If you pick up your puppy from our facility, prices do not include a travel crate, you will need to bring your own to transport your puppy. Hi Robin,
I know you are busy but I wanted you to see your boys. They are made for each other and in the short time of three days they are inseparable. Casey adores Beau and watches over him like a big brother. They play for hours, get tired, sleep together, eat, go outside and start all over again. the little guy can sleep for 8 hours at night without going out to the potty. He is incredible.
I'll send pictures as they grow together. I can't imagine how you keep up with all your puppies.
Well, I'll let you get back to your babies. We are lucky to have two of them for many years to come.

Can't wait to get the new little guy. This is my boy, Casey... he rules the roost here in Hillsdale but that's ok because he brings so much fun each and every day. Barney is in for a really good time!!!!
