SHIPPING- Shipping can be especially stressful on some puppies and we require that you get your puppy to a vet within 72 hours after receiving them, so make your vet appointments before the puppy ever gets to you. We do everything on our end that can be done to avoid any problems prior to them leaving, but once in a while a puppy will stress more than others and can be treated very easily by a vet if done in the first 72 hours. Our puppies are shipped by air. There may situations when shipping by air that unexpected delays happen and rescheduling may be necessary; an example is if temperatures do not meet the criteria to safely ship the puppy due to extreme heat/cold prohibiting puppy's flight. In order to avoid this, we ask that you have a second choice of airports for alternate arrivals in case temps are too hot/cold they have the information to re-route. When shipped by air, please be aware that flights can be cancelled by airlines, and ARE rescheduled by our shippers for the next soonest available flight; delays are also a possibility. We all do our best to see your puppy is safely shipped to you on the day scheduled. Your patience and understanding is greatly appreciated. PLEASE NOTE: If you pick up your puppy from our facility, prices do not include a travel crate, you will need to bring your own to transport your puppy. Hi there! It's been a few months, but I wanted to drop you a line and
thank you again so much for my baby girl! Sophie is doing great. She
is loving, and smart, and cute, and healthy, and very loyal. She is
also very stubborn at times, but we are just learning to live w/that.
She has had all of her puppy vet visits, and has checked out a-okay
every time. That is just a testament to the wonderful, loving care she
had from you. She also completed Puppy Kindergarden and passed
w/flying colors. She is very social. I don't think she has come
across another dog or person yet that she hasn't liked. I have to say
that now that I have a Cairne Terrier, I can't imagine ever having
another breed. Everywhere we go people want to know what kind of dog
she is, because she is so cute and personable. Whenever anyone askes
where I got her I give them your name and web address. I've attatched
a couple of pictures. She is finally starting to look more like a
grown up.
