SHIPPING- Shipping can be especially stressful on some puppies and we require that you get your puppy to a vet within 72 hours after receiving them, so make your vet appointments before the puppy ever gets to you. We do everything on our end that can be done to avoid any problems prior to them leaving, but once in a while a puppy will stress more than others and can be treated very easily by a vet if done in the first 72 hours. Our puppies are shipped by air. There may situations when shipping by air that unexpected delays happen and rescheduling may be necessary; an example is if temperatures do not meet the criteria to safely ship the puppy due to extreme heat/cold prohibiting puppy's flight. In order to avoid this, we ask that you have a second choice of airports for alternate arrivals in case temps are too hot/cold they have the information to re-route. When shipped by air, please be aware that flights can be cancelled by airlines, and ARE rescheduled by our shippers for the next soonest available flight; delays are also a possibility. We all do our best to see your puppy is safely shipped to you on the day scheduled. Your patience and understanding is greatly appreciated. PLEASE NOTE: If you pick up your puppy from our facility, prices do not include a travel crate, you will need to bring your own to transport your puppy. Dear Robin,
I spoke to Brenda and she gave her ok for you to publicize the info on Pearl. Pearl, who is a June pup from Waylon and Dinah's litter, earned her "Canine Good Citizen" title on May 7th. Pearl will be an adult in June, so it's impressive that she is doing so much at such a young age. I have also included a picture my son took of Pearl during one of our workouts on agility. I do agility with my Cairn. Brenda also takes Pearl to visit at a nearby elderly facility. So I won't be surprised if she also pursues a "therapy dog" title as well. A much larger photo of the one I I attached was given as a gift to Brenda, as well. Brenda also gave her permission to publish the photo of Pearl if you choose to do so. You have my permission, also. If not, enjoy!
She is an excellent agility dog and recently was awarded the title \"canine good citizen\". She is fun and funny and 110% Bichon.

By the way, Pearl has her TDI and we are now doing hospice care. I am
going to check into a few of the local hospitals as well. I'm going to
see if I can get someone to video her running agility. She is great and
very fast.

TDI is Therapy Dogs International.
She passed her TDI test and is now a therapy dog. We are helping with
hospice care and have applied at the local hospitals to bring Pearl in
for visits with patients who would like a visit with a dog. She has
been visiting the nursing home since I brought her home.
